It’s certainly been a knuckle-down kind of month for us. We’ve been busy polishing off a range of projects that we can't wait to put live soon, delving deep into some exciting new projects, and welcoming new team members across all of our departments, who are already delivering stunning work 🚀
As we said last month, it’s never too early to start thinking about the biggest eCommerce event of the year - Black Friday. In fact, if any of our latest projects are anything to go by, new website features and marketing plans require a few months of effective planning to perfect ⏰
Weaved in with a few trips out and about to BCU and Klaviyo London, this past month has really showcased that we can do it all. So, regardless of what shape your desired project takes, there’s no reason we can’t be the ones to deliver on it 💪
Case study - Konditor Shopify migration
Regardless of what eCommerce platform a brand is moving from or too, a full-scale website migration is never as easy of a task as it may initially seem. However, London-based bakery Konditor, like many other brands, had decided that the upside of moving to Shopify was worth the journey. With a custom-built Shopify app and improvements to their SEO strategy to sweeten the deal, it’s no surprise that the brand loves their new site.
Cake returns to Birmingham City University
Our Performance Director, Kieran Delpech, took a trip to Birmingham City University this past Wednesday, as a guest speaker as a part of their BCU Forward Creativity Now Convention. Getting stuck into talks about all things Art, Al, and the future of Marketing and technology, plus answering questions from the crowd alongside other industry experts, it was great to see Cake back in the wild.
Verve - Gross Demand Plan
As a freshly gone to market brand, Verve needed a rigid structure to support their ambitious targets and our Gross Demand Plan offering was the obvious choice. However, as a subscription based brand without any historic data we had to tackle it slightly differently and leverage our expertise and trend-led data to provide the brand with a 52 week blueprint. We emerged with flying colours and the brand is seeing some stunning results.
