How does Cake Membership work?

Our membership model allows you to use our time and internal resources in a more strategic fashion, giving you full access to each and every one of our eCommerce experts.

Working in 90 day sprints, we will work closely with you and your team, dive into the data, get a deep understanding of your business, nurture your brand, and create regular reports to inform our next set of priorities and recommendations. This means that each 90 days will look different and require a strategic mixture of services as you grow.

We operate our memberships on a tier based system, with your assigned tier being based on the amount of time that you spend with us. With this in mind, we aim to give you transparency on the level of service that you should expect, but also gives you clarity on how our services, with you, could scale.

The British Blanket Company (TBBC) was founded in 2015 with a mission of bringing colour and cosiness to everyone around the world.
