A Marketing Account Manager, who, as a former graphic designer, has a keen eye for design too; Henry brings with him a varied experience to his day-to-day role working on PPC, merchandising, and organic social media.
With significant experience brand-side, Henry has developed a knack for fully immersing himself within a brand’s sphere, finding out what makes them tick and then getting to work cooking up some great content, and coffees too.
LES is a client with products unlike our regular cohort, which means that this project has been a great learning opportunity with unique challenges.

It was a pleasure to closely with Konditor to deliver a successful marketing campaign for their award-winning mince pies. It was a bittersweet moment when we got the email asking us to turn off all ads for this project due to the sheer volume of orders coming into their bakeries. From day dot, the project was a joy of a project to manage, and I can’t wait to see what Konditor and Cake can cook up going forward.

OTHER’s unique creative direction was clear from the moment we started working with them. We've worked closely with the team at OTHER to develop the more technical aspects of ecommerce and have since become their trusted ecommerce partners.
In June 2025, we helped the brand bring their vision of a 'Black Summer Sale' to life. The result rivalled Black Friday in terms of success, the project was a fantastic collaboration between Cake and the brand.

Cake’s definitely an agency that’s full of personality and drive, so the people, first and foremost. Everyone’s so welcoming, friendly and down to earth, and that really spills over into the work that we do too.
We also get to work with some proper exciting brands too, which is obviously a big plus.
It’s a varied role, so I've got to balance a fair few plates at the same time. I work closely with clients and the rest of Cake’s performance team to ensure we’re delivering some great performance marketing campaigns, but I also work across organic social, and CRM too. It asks you to be a bit of a jack of all trades.

I think having such a varied experience has really let me blossom into this role. But I can definitely pinpoint the organisation, planning, and initiative skills that I have were really moulded by working brand side for as long as I did. Those are skills that will benefit you anywhere, but are crucial in a role like mine.
I get a real sense of satisfaction from solving problems and uncovering why certain things aren’t performing the way that they should. But also, I - like everyone at Cake - hold myself to a high standard, so it really is as simple as wanting to do the job as well as I can.
