Having never not worked in web development, Full Stack developer Sean seems to eat, sleep, and breathe all things code. In fact, with experience working both agency side and freelance, on projects ranging from crisp brands to consultant firms, there’s likely no project he can’t handle.
Trading the keys for the seas, Sean is also a qualified Scuba diver and a keen surfer, who spends his time rock climbing, and cycling when he can’t get himself to the great blue.
With the Lifting Equipment Store UK project being one of my first as a part of Cake’s development team, it’s fairly safe to say I was dropped in the deep end. But, that certainly made things all the more rewarding once the finished site had gone live. The custom work that me and Tyrone worked on as a part of this project was instrumental in seeing the project go live, and we can’t wait to repeat the process for other brands too.

I mean, it’s pretty simple really. I write code - hopefully well, and just generally make things work for clients. It involves me remaining excited about the web and up to date with a lot of the latest technologies, which I love doing anyway so it comes to me quite naturally.
Ironically by getting distracted by something. When I get sidetracked by a UX or design idea, I find that's probably when I’m most engaged with my work, I really like having that flexibility.
I’m just really passionate about the web as a platform, and all of the different technology that surrounds it. Open source coding means a lot to me personally, and I’m also just a massive nerd who really enjoys all sorts of techy things like code. Loads of motivation isn't really necessary if you just love what you’re doing on a day-to-day basis
