
GymPro Apparel is a sports apparel brand founded by former members of the West Midlands Fire Service, Adam & Leon. With a small but loyal following, GymPro Apparel were looking to take the next step, but needed help with their branding, website, and marketing, which is exactly where we came in.
We’d be tightening up on GymPro Apparel’s brand foundation, finding new opportunities with their Shopify website, and attracting new customers to the brand with a dedicated marketing strategy.


From the start, this project was about taking what GymPro were already doing well and making it work harder for them, whether that meant building upon the success of existing channels or branching into new ones. Additionally, GymPro were looking to attract a core team of upcoming athletes to become brand advocates and were looking to give back to the fitness community as a whole.
We began the project by immersing ourselves in the GymPro world. Through collaborative workshops, we worked with the founders to define their mission, vision, and values, and built out a set of audience profiles, competitor insights, and clear objectives. These core insights would go on to inform everything we’d go on to do.
With these insights in place, we developed a set of visual guidelines that would appeal to the different audiences. We covered everything from logos and colours to photography and tone of voice - ensuring that GymPro would always look and sound like GymPro, whether they showed up in a paid ad or if a customer found their website.
At the same time, we carried out a full audit of GymPro’s Shopify website and digital channels, uncovering any opportunities to improve customer experience, boost conversions, and squeeze more juice out of their marketing.
From search performance and heat-mapping analysis to CRM data and social media insights, we translated the numbers into clear actions that would supercharge their ecommerce potential.
With this foundation in place, we built a marketing roadmap to take the brand to the next level. It laid out sales targets, channel strategies, campaign messaging, and KPIs, giving Adam and Leon a clear path to get from where they were to where they wanted to be.


The end result was a sharper, more confident GymPro Apparel. Transferred into a brand with a clear identity, strong digital presence, and the strategy to grow their business sustainably. From their day-to-day social content to large-scale events like Beachfit, which drew over 50,000 visitors and inspired thousands to move, GymPro was equipped to keep building athletes and building community just how Adam and Leon envisioned.
