ACCOUNT MANAGER
Liberty joined us as Junior Account Executive as a new graduate back in 2021. Dedicated to growing in her role, she has since established herself as a core member of our marketing team.
Having worked across multiple disciplines, Liberty has found her specialism working across client communications, email marketing, and all facets of account management. Liberty’s favourite projects have included work for Tweakit, The British Blanket Company and Treatbox, all of which have seen her test her skills across CRM, account management, and email marketing.
Dog lady, foodie, and resident shopaholic, Lib’s varied experience allows her to handle whatever marketing challenge is thrown her way.
We’d worked with Treatbox on a few projects at this point, and I got particularly involved in their CRM needs. Brand guidelines and communicating with a customer have to go hand in hand, as it’s so easy for the alignment between the two to waver. In working consistently alongside Treatbox since this project, we’ve made sure to keep their communication in check.

Watching this take form, all the way from before the brand had a logo to them having a full website, was so much fun to manage. Boxeroo were really responsive and knew exactly what they wanted, leaving our design and development teams to really take charge.
