
TreatBox UK are an ecommerce retailer of custom made gift boxes, stocking both pre-made and personalisable gift boxes.
During the pandemic, more people than ever turned to TreatBox to send thoughtful pick-me-ups to loved ones. With demand soaring, TreatBox wanted to take their online presence to the next level - giving their website a fresh, modern feel while also improving every step of the customer journey, from picking and creating a box to packing and delivery.

We began the project with a mini-rebrand and new logo design, striking the right balance between cute, modern, and thoughtful. By keeping the hand-drawn signature element, we highlighted the hand-made quality instilled in the brand. Alongside this, we refreshed key messaging to ensure the TreatBox personality shone through across the site. That meant adding subtle reminders that every order is packed and wrapped by hand, showcasing an Instagram feed that pulled in real customer stories, and transforming the blog into a content hub full of inspiration.
When building the new TreatBox Shopify Plus store, the user experience was the main point of focus,
For example, the “My Account” area was massively upgraded so that returning customers could view their past orders - a small but meaningful detail for loyal shoppers. We also restructured the landing pages to clearly highlight the three core TreatBox offerings:
From there, we redesigned the entire purchase flow to make buying a TreatBox simple and intuitive. Customers can now see their box filling up in real time, get product information without leaving the page, add extras like cards or stickers for special occasions, and even send different boxes to different addresses at checkout. These were all made possible through the open source nature of Shopify Plus - and the skilled work of our development team.
With a lot of customers shopping on mobile, we made sure the site worked seamlessly across all devices. Accessible scrolling, pop-up ingredient details, and interactive sliders keep the experience smooth and engaging on mobile phones from start to finish - encouraging more people to glide from discovery to purchase.



From simple updates to their visual identity to a complete digital upgrade, it’s been a joy to watch TreatBox evolve. Today, TreatBox’s website reflects both the care behind every product and the ease customers expect when gifting online - a modern, thoughtful brand ready to keep delighting customers.
